Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through the Leonor Paris website, by email, or via our social media platforms.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as order preparation or production may already be underway.

Made-to-order, customised, or bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

General Policy

  • All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in the case of a confirmed defect or damage upon delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, subject to the conditions outlined below.

UAE Orders – Return Conditions

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused, unworn, and undamaged;
  • be returned in its original Leonor Paris packaging, with all certificates, labels, and protective elements intact;
  • be in a condition allowing the piece to be resold as new;
  • be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.

Leonor Paris reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items – FINAL SALE

The following items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable:

  • Ready-to-buy engagement rings: all engagement rings purchased from our ready-to-buy collection are FINAL SALE.
  • Custom engagement rings and custom wedding bands: all made-to-order, customised, resized, or engraved engagement rings and wedding bands are FINAL SALE.
  • Tennis bracelets and tennis necklaces, due to their certified nature, high value, and fine jewellery quality-control standards.
  • Certified jewellery, including certified diamonds.
  • Earrings or any jewellery requiring piercing, for hygiene reasons.
  • Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, impact, or damage after delivery.

Return Process (UAE Orders Only)

To request a return, customers must contact Client Care at support@leonorparis.com, including the order number and reason for return.

All returns must receive prior authorisation. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be shipped using a secure, insured, trackable courier service with adult signature required.

Refunds (Where Applicable – UAE Orders Only)

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping fees, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Bank processing times may vary and are outside of Leonor Paris’s control.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and approval.

For administrative and quality-control reasons, any approved exchange is processed as a refund, after which a new order may be placed.

No exchanges are available for final sale items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event that an item arrives defective or damaged, the customer must notify Leonor Paris within 3 business days of delivery, providing the order number and clear photographs.

If confirmed, Leonor Paris will offer a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution at its sole discretion.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Leonor Paris jewellery is crafted to the highest standards.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, water exposure, or physical impact.

Leonor Paris reserves the right to void the warranty where damage is deemed to result from improper use or external factors.
