Shipping policy
Shipping & Order Processing
Leonor Paris ships worldwide via secure, insured express couriers with tracking.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link will be sent to the customer.
Processing times:
- In-stock pieces: dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order, customized or out-of-stock pieces: crafted and dispatched within 2–4 weeks
Made-to-order pieces are created specifically for each client in accordance with fine jewellery standards. Processing times are indicative and may be extended due to technical complexity, production requirements, or exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- United Arab Emirates: 1–2 business days
- GCC (excluding UAE): 2–3 business days
- International: 3–5 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
- UAE: Complimentary shipping on all orders
- International: Flat-rate shipping fee of USD 200 per order
Shipping fees cover insured express delivery only and do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the order total and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Leonor Paris does not collect these fees and is unable to estimate their amount.
If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, outbound and return shipping fees, as well as any applicable duties or taxes, will be deducted from the refund.
Insurance & Tracking
All shipments are fully insured until delivery and include tracking. Requests for additional insurance coverage must be made prior to shipment and may incur additional fees.

Delivery, Signature & Liability
For security purposes, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
Leonor Paris’s responsibility ends once the shipment has been delivered and signed for at the address provided at checkout, including deliveries to hotels, concierge desks, or reception services.
Leonor Paris shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation by the courier.
Delays & Limitation of Liability
Leonor Paris is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond its control.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a contractual obligation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as production of made-to-order pieces may already be in progress.
Currency & Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR or USD depending on the customer’s location. All payments are processed in USD.
Currency conversion or foreign transaction fees may be applied by the customer’s bank.
